This is a new hotel in a central location with excellent staff and facilities. The beds are comfortable and the rooms well appointed.

- Amazingly comfy bed and enjoyable room layout with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. - Value for money, felt so luxurious for the cost with lots of facilities on site such as spa, pool, gym, sauna, pool bar and shop. - Great location, near shops, restaurants, pharmacies and spas. Short walk to bars if desired. Beach was a couple blocks away (10 min walk). So much within walking distance. - Good breakfast, optional change of 199 Bhat if not included in room rate. Vegetarian options too.

The proximity to everything is in a great location. the staff were lovely. The service was great Lovely pool area and the gardens were stunning

Location is the biggest advantage of this hotel, close to the walking street yet far enough from the outside noise and traffic. The hotel is clean and new. The staff are friendly, and their hospitality is appreciable. The room size is sufficient for a solo traveller or couple traveller. There is a shuttle service, using a small covered pickup vehicle to pick you up or drop you around the area.

Lovely hotel did not eat there but had a couple of drinks pool area was good staff are nice yes I stay there again but not at price a paid the room was good size could not fault the size the did let me into my room earlier so thanks the staff for that lobby area very nice it's set in lovely grounds area and it's in a good place 2 minutes walk and you are all bar area so no noise at all nice and quiet staff very helpful

Great new rooms, good layout, great staff, good food - stayed here just after covid and it was great value for money, nowdays they are putting the price up which is fine, but at this price point now there are many other properties out there for the same money... overall have stayed twice and will stay again... staff are very helpful. room service is very flexible to clean your room in the morning or aftnoon, room service availble until late, good pool etc etc

Second time staying here and again I was very pleased. The staff was eager and friendly, especially the porter Ben, who would even kindly greet you on his motorbike on his way to work. Room service did an excellent and constant job cleaning every late morning and did an additional round later in the afternoon should you have missed the first opportunity due to being occupied in your room. Still loving all the greenery around the pool and entrance. My best regards to the gardener who diligently tended to his plants. The recessed location of the hotel once again made the stay comfortably quiet, while still being in the near the action of Soi Buakhao. Amber Hotel still stays on top of any consideration for my next stay in Pattaya.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shopping malls etc. There's a car park in the basement. Checking in went smooth; staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new and that makes the rooms are still modern and clean. The bed is huge, although I found the matras on the soft side. Overall it's mostly quiet. Breakfast has a decent choice of dishes (Asian and western). Didn't use the pool or the gym, so can't write anything about that.
